  1. What do you like your men to wear? Oh yeah- nothing! šŸ˜‰
I like a tie because it’s a good handle to bring the man to my mouth. šŸ˜›
But to answer your question- role play! Dress your man up in a tie even if he doesn’t typically wear one. Mmm…

      1. I like low slung jeans and a white T- classic. Damn, I just had a random thought about Magnum PI and googled for some pictures. I had forgotten how much I liked that man. Those dimples, the unkempt curls…I need a moment.
Sorry, what were we talking about? Ahh, faded jeans- yes. I like that. šŸ™‚

      2. oh god… right? He’s gotten older and jowly, but day um, still does it for me… did you see his Jesse Stone movies? T. Selleck acting the part written by one of my all time fave authors? I was in heaven šŸ˜‰

      3. No I haven’t but you just gave me something to look for. Yum!
How do men just keep getting better looking the older they get? Or at least still damn sexy?

      4. Now I’ll have to watch them again… loved the character, both in the books… and he apparently had a great deal of respect for the author- stayed completely true to the characters. I so wish there’d been more of them.

They really do get better with age.

  2. I look at my aversions and attractions and first examine if they are born from my abuse.

For instance, i gravitated toward a certain type of man, a certain type of sexuality, because of what I was conditioned for.

Not because it was healthy for me. I couldn’t identify what was healthy for me.

What I had to do is step away from the relationship/dating/sexual arena and go into a state of spiritual/sexual chastity, so to speak, so I could learn to both set boundaries and learn to choose only based on what contributes to my health and greater good in a positive way.

I hope sharing this makes sense and lends an altering perspective to the depth of our attractions to others.

    1. Thank you for sharing, Vennie! I agree, attraction is deep-rooted and a conditioned response, in everything I think. From people to fruit to what we watch on television.

I don’t know what the appeal is rooted in for me. Perhaps I’ll give it some thought. Or perhaps I’ll let it live as an acceptable part of who I am, no matter where it originates šŸ™‚

      1. When I lived in DC, I was married and my ex used to like to go the naval academy and watch the football games. Me? Uh – I had no idea about anything football related – I was just watching all of the ‘students’. Depending on when in the fall it was, they went from dress white to their dress blacks. Oh……I thought I died and went to heaven. I used to melt every time I saw I guy in uniform. I took the train into the Pentagon and transferred everyday ……..
