Interaction is a huge part of TDNC. Of life, really. The very nature of erotica is an interaction between people that is both physical and emotional. My vision for this space is one where I not only share the fictional interactions I invent, but my own life, and interactions with you, the reader. Because while I always have a story to tell, is it really worth the telling if there is no one to hear it?

It has been a crazy-ass week. I’ve been an emotional mud-puddle. I apologize for not replying to your lovely comments; sometimes the words just aren’t there for me, but each comment helped lift my spirits a bit, and I am so grateful for your support.

Speaking of you lovely people and your amazing comments, my vision for Erotic Passages is to have a testimonials page, where I take my favorite comments from random blog posts and include them – with the commenter’s permission, of course. Who thinks this is a good idea? If you specifically would like to be included, leave a comment on this post saying so. If I end up using your comment, there will be a free copy of the book waiting for you. I’d love to get your opinions on this, if you’d be so kind as to take a second and answer the poll.

I am getting close to doing a cover reveal for ‘Erotic Passages,’ as well. Please stay tuned! We’re getting close, folks…

Love, Felicity

  1. I was about to write, “I never say no to free erotica,” but that’s not even remotely true. A much more accurate statement would be, “I never say no to really, really well-written erotica,” and that is, of course, what you have on offer, so YES, please! πŸ™‚ I wish you all the best with the ebook and can’t wait to read it. You know, I think part of what’s so great about this community of erotica bloggers is that we’re able to observe and encourage one another as we follow our own paths into publishing (to the extent that people are willing to share). Watching you prepare to release your debut has been both fascinating and inspiring, especially because you’re so damn talented. I feel like I’m bearing witness to something really special and I can’t wait for those outside of the blogging community to experience your work. They’re going to love it.

    1. Aw, Rachel, sweetie, that’s fantastic! Thanks so much, you’re one of the handful of people who has been so completely supportive! You’re absolutely right about the community. It is amazing, and without it, I wouldn’t have gotten nearly this far! πŸ™‚

      1. I’ve only recently discovered your blog (I’m relatively new to blogging in general), and was delighted to find it. While I haven’t been privy to the evolution of the book, I’m looking forward to reading it. As Rachel said above, “well written” is my drug of choice. Mmmmm…

  2. I feel I owe you an apology for not commenting as much as I should. Sometimes I just want to ‘feel’ the words for a time and don’t get back to comment.

    1. No apologies necessary! I am the same way… And life is hectic, right? Sometimes it’s just impossible. I do a lot of ‘liking’, but energy has been low lately, and I need to do better.

If you’re reading, and enjoying, hon, that’s all I ask! πŸ˜€

  3. I think it’s a great idea. Many printed books include excerpts from review comments right on the back cover, sometimes even the front cover, so why not on your website? In fact, I think that’s fairly standard, to have a ‘testimonials’ page where you gather up your favorite reviews and comments. So go for it! And I totally can’t wait to read your book when it’s ready. πŸ™‚
